Representation of the future users (Cartier International, Cartier France and Cartier Joaillerie International) in dealings with the developer (Unibail) and the architect (R. Bofill) during project management studies for the construction of 20.000 sqm in office space (750 work stations) regrouping the three Cartier entities in a block of buildings situated Cité du Retiro in Paris (8th). Definition of the program in real time, simultaneous to the detailing of the project, verification that design is in compliance with program as the project progressed and as work progressed. Technical, cost estimate and legal assistance to the client-owner up to reception of work and during the time when staff was settling into the building.
