Feasibility study for the establishment of one (or two according to the scenarios) school of architecture (Paris la Villette) in former bonded warehouses of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris located at Pantin, along the canal.
Functional, spatial, technical analysis of the existing building, plan simulation, spatial and functional feasibility study.
Estimate of provisional costs of the principal (work, fees, other costs, …).
24.000 m² to be renovated for 2.200 students. Budget for work estimated at 132 millions exc. tax. Study carried out in collaboration with Michel Ducroux quantity surveyor (MD ETC).
