Preliminary plans, feasibility studies for implementation of the Cartier Jewellery Ateliers in different Parisian buildings, decision support through implementation scenarios analysed in terms of their advantages and disadvantages. Detailed planning and implementation of the activities in the building selected for the project, and adaptation of project programme during studies and execution, up to reception of the works.
