Overall then detailed planning of a new flagship store and cultural and administrative activities for the local Cartier head office, for construction of a new building entirely devoted to Cartier. The project was designed by Jean Nouvel, assisted by Françoise Raynaud, but was not executed. About 2,100 m² floor space.
