Full mission of planning a new university of 12.000 students in Arbil, from an educational brief given by the Iraqi Ministry of Education, to a detailed programme, listing every room with functional and technical specifications (280.000 sq.m, 17 academic departments, and about 10 academic services, such as central library, administrative facilities, sports facilities, …) The second part of the mission was an assistance to the architectural team for functional issues (integration of functional requirements), from the preliminary design to the detailed design (drawings at scale 1/50).
