Pre-planning study, then planning at preliminary design level, organisation on behalf of the principal of a pre-selection competition, then detailed technical planning in parallel to assisting the principal in accompanying the studies of the main contractor up to selection of concerns, for a new clock and watchmaking manufacturing premises established in an industrial zone just coming into the town of La Chaux de Fonds. The plan comprises 15.000 m² out-to-out net (apart from covered parking areas) and it groups heavy industrial activity together (embossing, machining) as well as particularly sensitive finishing activities (assembly of movements, framing), and also some administrative and reception functions.
