General programming studies for a Media City in Abu Dhabi (Mina Zayed Pier), including a startup incubator, a professional training academy, about 200.000 sq.m of office space, about 100.000 sq.m of movie and TV studios, post-production facilities, hotel and housing facilities, retail spaces, for a total of about 520.000 sq.m GFA.
This mission is part of a larger contract of urban planning for the master plan of Abu Dhabi Media Zone, for which Bernard Tschumi (BTA, New York) was commissioned.
