Functional analysis of the current layout, and overall and detailed plans for a new headquarters of approximately 40,000 m², including commercial premises, an auditorium, a corporate university, service areas, restaurants... Participation in the organisation of an international competition (detailed analysis of the designers’ proposals over the two rounds of consultation). Adaptation of the project programme in the study phase, from submission of the outline up to final draft. Winning architect : Wilmotte et Associés.
