Participation in a team of consultants for the preparation of a General brief aming to be a working basis for the Architects (Herzog et De Meuron). The project consists in a building with non conventional shape, including a 4 * rated with 450 rooms , an exhibition space, a restaurant, a convention centre, and office spaces. The total gross floor area is about 120.000 sq.m.
The building site is next to the Paris Convention and Exhibition Center. The project mainly consists in a specific research in the field of information high technology, and in the field of energy self production and minimal consumption.
