Assistance to the District of Tunis with the project planning definition and methodology of the operation. Completion of a general competition schedule, for a centre comprising amongst others a "live entertainment" complex with an area of 12.000 m², a museum of civilisation with an area of 13.000 m².

Assistance to the Principal in organising a competition for designers: definition of the general procedure, completion of competition regulations, provision of material to be worked on by the technical commission, drawing up of a report analysing 20 competing plans.
