Functional analysis of the project of the C. de Portzamparc agency, winner of an international competition to design an opera house (1,600 seats, sets construction workshops, rehearsal rooms, lobby, cinemas... 26,000 m² floor space). Since the competition was launched without a programme, we intervened to establish a planning framework for the project and to optimise operations.
