Assistance to the C. Portzamparc bureau for the finalisation of the general program for the Rio Music City and "project review" in the prelimoinary design phase (verification that design complies with the program).
The program includes a large auditorium seating 1.800, a small 500 seat auditorium, rehearsal studios, headquarters of the OSB orchestra, a modern music creation studio, a media library, restaurant, art film theater, totalling 34.000 sqm net assignable square meters.
