Feasability study, and programming of a Culture Village including a "café-concert", a theatre, a movie theatre, a space for temporary exhibitions, retail spaces, in the historical centre of the city of Bayonne, on a piece of land of 6.000 sq.m next to the river Nive. The whole program has about 8.000 sq.m GFA.
